GR48 is a packing braided with pure mineral expanded graphite.
It is suitable for industrial valves and pumps applications in power plants, petrochemical operations and refineries at high temperatures. Not suitable for use with strong oxidisers, combustion gases and airflows over 450°C. If used with harder wiper rings it can be used for dynamic applications. If not the valve’s pressure should be kept under 100 bar.
Braided with flexible graphite strands with a special compound of colloidal graphite, its special composition guarantees exceptional resistance in high pressures and temperatures. The unit is flexible, resistant, easy to install, and provides low oxidation and fiction rates.
GR80SGR is specialised for static application and for valve services..
With a special braided packing made from 99.5% Rayon yarns, it has a high carbon content and is flexible and insensitive to thermal cycles. The yarns are impregnated with colloidal graphite to minimise corrosion.
GR 8888 has high temperature resistant packing and is suitable for many valve and pump applications including fluids and gases. It is advisable to avoid using the product at maximum temperatures and pressures, or with strong oxidizers or combustable gases.
Special packing in pure graphite yarn with discontinued micrometallic reinforcement. The special impregnation occurs in three phases: on the single yarns, on the packing body and on its surface. Inorganic corrosion inhibitor is present in the impregnation.

Packing made from pure yarn of expanded PTFE where graphite is encapsulated. The particularity of this yarn is to combine the qualities of the PTFE and of the graphite. The encapsulation of the graphite in the expanded PTFE eliminates the migration of the graphite and the thermic expansion.
